This International Privacy & GDPR Notice supplements GiftDaddy's Privacy Policy and explains our approach to international privacy standards.
CURRENT OPERATIONS
GiftDaddy currently provides services primarily to residents of the United States and Canada.
At this time, GiftDaddy does not intentionally market its services to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
Accordingly, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") may not currently apply to all aspects of GiftDaddy's operations.
If GiftDaddy expands internationally, this Notice and our Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary.

Regardless of where our Users reside, GiftDaddy is committed to:

- reasonable security safeguards;
- respecting individual privacy rights;

GiftDaddy collects only the information reasonably necessary to:
- create Accounts;
- process payments;
- transfer GiftDaddy Points;
- fulfill Orders;
- provide customer support;
- prevent fraud;
- comply with legal obligations.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
GiftDaddy's systems are primarily located within the United States.
Users accessing the Platform from outside the United States understand that their information may be transferred to and processed within the United States or other countries where our authorized service providers operate.
Those countries may maintain privacy laws different from those in the User's country of residence.

Should GiftDaddy become subject to the GDPR in the future, we intend to process personal information in accordance with recognized GDPR principles, including:

GiftDaddy will evaluate and respond to qualifying requests consistent with applicable law.

GiftDaddy retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the Platform;
- complete transactions;
- comply with legal obligations;
- prevent fraud;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements.
SECURITY
GiftDaddy maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No online system can guarantee absolute security.
FUTURE INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
If GiftDaddy expands into additional countries or regions, we may:
- appoint regional privacy representatives;
- implement additional contractual safeguards;
- revise our Privacy Policy;
- publish jurisdiction-specific privacy notices;
- update our data processing practices to comply with local law.
