• have no cash value;
• cannot be redeemed for money;
• cannot be transferred outside the Platform except through authorized Platform functionality.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, GiftDaddy Points generally do not expire while the associated Account remains active and in good standing.

GiftDaddy reserves the right to address inactive Accounts in accordance with applicable law.

GiftDaddy Points are digital account credits purchased by a Sender and transferred to one or more connected Recipients.
Recipients redeem those Points for eligible merchandise available through the Platform.

Recipients choose the merchandise.

The Sender chooses how much to give.

The Recipient chooses what to receive.

GiftDaddy Points may be transferred to multiple connected Recipients.

GiftDaddy offers thousands of products across numerous categories.

Delivery times vary depending upon:

GiftDaddy prohibits use of the Platform for:

• prostitution;
• escort services;
• human trafficking;
• fraud;
• harassment;
• identity theft;
• illegal gifting schemes; and
• any activity prohibited by law.

Violations may result in permanent Account termination and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

GiftDaddy accepts major payment methods displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Transactions may be declined for reasons including:

• payment authorization failure;

• inaccurate billing information;
