GiftDaddy is FREE for everyone to join. If you are a Sugar Daddy, Mommy or Couple, you have the opportunity to purchase a luxury gifty box for your Sugar Baby. Prices vary from $99 to $299 per box, and you can choose from month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month subscriptions.

GiftDaddy was formed exclusively serve the “sugar relationship” market. Unlike most subscription box sites we do not share personal identifiable information of the sender or the receiver. Neither the Sugar Daddy, Mommy or Couple, or the Sugar Baby knows the other’s information. This includes real names, billing addresses, shipping addresses and other confidential information. At GiftDaddy, we understand the discreet nature of the sugar relationship. Our curated, luxury gifts are ideally suited for your special Sugar Baby. They are sure to surprise your special someone and keep them excited about your continued relationship.

No. We are a subscription gift box service that enables Sugar Daddies, Mommies and Couples to discreetly send amazing, highly curated gift boxes to their Sugar Babies every month. Most sugar relationships are formed online using sugar dating and arrangement sites worldwide. We are not aligned with any particular site, and welcome anyone who would like a discreet way to send gifts that will add to the excitement and fun of their existing relationship.

Unfortunately, we are not a dating site and our online users do not have a means in which to search for Sugar partners. Those who join our site have pre-existing relationships or seek to liven up their arrangements with unique gifts that keep the fun of their partnership going.

Users can exchange unique links and QR codes to connect with their sugar partners discreetly and begin the gift box delivery process. By clicking on those links, sugar partners are then connected with one another’s profile, and the gift giving can begin discreetly.

GiftDaddy delivers two types of boxes: The Happy Daddy and The Big Daddy.

The Happy Daddy box consists of 4 to 6 gift products in each monthly box and has a retail value of between $200 to $300 in products. The price of the subscription box starts at $99 USD.

The Big Daddy consists of 6 to 8 items, and the retail value of products in that box range from $400 to 500. The price of the box starts at $299 USD.

Items in each box are personally chosen by our Sugar Baby gift curation experts. We have found that Sugar Babies like the thrill of opening surprise gift boxes each month. Gifts include makeup, fashion and travel accessories, small electronics, adult toys, clothing, home goods and other personal items. Gift Daddy does not currently ship alcohol in its gift boxes, but we're working on that.

GiftDaddy boxes ship weekly and arrive to your Sugar Baby within 7-10 days.

If you purchase a subscription or choose a month-to-month box, those boxes will ship on the same day each month.

Shipping is FREE if you purchase a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month subscription. One-time and Month-to-Month boxes are a flat rate of $8 within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. International shipments are made through United States Postal Service and we offer the most economical, safe and expeditious method of delivery. International shipments may include taxes, fees and/or duties that will be collected before shipping. These are included in the cost of shipping so the Sugar Baby can receive their package without the inconvenience of paying these duties. Shipping for these special locations is done through United States Postal Service. A $10.00 shipping fee will be assessed on each shipment and will be added to your monthly charge. Certain gifts may or may not be suitable for receipt on a military base. Sugar Daddies, Mommies and Couples are encouraged to use discretion when sending gifts to their Sugar Babies in the military.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you have signed up for the month-to-month subscription plan, simply log in, go to your Dashboard, navigate to the My Subscriptions tab and cancel the plan you wish to discontinue. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged on your month-to-month subscription plan. Packages that have already been charged AND shipped, cannot be refunded. Please note, pre-paid, 3, 6 and 12 subscriptions are non-refundable.

Not currently. You are encouraged to select the right subscription for your Sugar Baby upon initial purchase. We are working to adjust the length of subscriptions already purchased. Please note subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term. You will be given the chance to accept or reject this feature before the end of your subscription.

We never like to hear this, but if your Sugar Baby did not receive their gift, please contact us at support@giftdaddy.com. Depending upon the situation, you may be entitled to a refund, credit or re-shipment. GiftDaddy cannot be held accountable for shipping addresses that were changed by the Sugar Baby after a package has been shipped. We will work to resolve any issues as best we can.

You can access your account settings for updates on your box shipments. GiftDaddy will never share your Sugar Baby’s address or packaging tracking number, however, we will tell you if your package has been processed, shipped, or delivered.

The shipping time from the moment your gift box leaves our St. Louis-based warehouse and arrives at its destination varies based on your Sugar Baby’s location. Domestic US boxes arrive between 7-10 days after leaving our warehouse. International orders take between 10-20 days. APO/FPO shipments may take up to 30 days for your initial order to arrive depending on global location. Customs clearance, international postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for global orders. If your Sugar Baby does not receive their domestic US box within 15 business days after your account shows “shipped,” please support@giftdaddy.com for assistance.

Any missing, damaged, lost, or defective boxes or products must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date to your Sugar Baby. Make sure your Sugar Baby reports any issues to their shipment as soon as possible. Please have your Sugar Baby contact us at support@giftdaddy.com. We will likely ask for pictures and evidence of the damage. We will do what it takes to make everyone happy.

GiftDaddy does not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges of one-size fits most (OS) apparel item(s) within 7 days of the order receipt date. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached. Exchanges will only be accepted for another size in the original item ordered and are dependent upon available inventory. Most apparel items are one-size-fits-most.

GiftDaddy monthly gift boxes are final and nonrefundable unless there is evidence of a broken or damaged box or product. GiftDaddy reserves the right to determine if a gift box or product is eligible for an exchange. GiftDaddy does not accept returns or credits. To request an exchange, contact customer contact us at support@giftdaddy.com If you live in the contiguous USA, GiftDaddy will send a return label to you via email. If you live outside the contiguous US, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and providing your own return label. All exchanges will be charged a fee of $5 to cover the cost of processing. This charge will appear on your Sugar Daddy, Mommy or Couple primary form of payment. Upon arrival back to the GiftDaddy warehouse, the replacement item will be shipped out within 2-weeks if the item is in-stock. If the item is not in stock, GiftDaddy will try its best to replace the item with a similar product.

GiftDaddy will alert you that your subscription term is about to end. You will be given instructions on how to continue your subscription gift boxes to your Sugar Baby without interruption if you so choose.

Yes. Sugar Daddies, Mommies or Couples may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. Prepaid subscriptions are cancellable, but non-refundable or exchangeable.

In order to cancel your subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at cancel@giftdaddy.com, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions that we send you in response; (b) log into your Account Settings navigate to the “My Subscriptions” tab, choose “Cancel” on the active subscription you want canceled, or (c) contact customer service at 314-707-9234. There are no cancellation fees, but pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

When the Sugar Baby accepts your invitation to send them a subscription box, your method of payment will be charged for the first time. This date will be the date in which you are charged for each subsequent monthly box when you choose the “month-to-month” subscription or you gave your Sugar Baby a one-time box. If you have opted to give your Sugar Baby monthly boxes (3-month, 6-month, 12-month), your card will be charged one time for the full amount of the pre-paid subscription.

Yes. Simply login, go to your Dashboard and navigate to the “Wallet” tab, and make the necessary change to your credit card. You can also update your billing address. As a reminder, this information is NEVER shared with anyone.

No. GiftDaddy keeps all of this information extremely confidential. We do not share your personal identifiable information with anyone. Conversely, GiftDaddy does not share with you any personal identifiable information about your Sugar Baby. On our site, we do offer Gift Daddies, Mommies and Couples the ability to enter their Sugar Baby's delivery address when ordering a subscription box if they know it -- but we never share this information with you.

“GDBox” will appear on most credit card statements. Please note that GiftDaddy does not guarantee this name will appear on your bank or credit card statements. We file this descriptor with the necessary parties that govern its use among the banks and creditors, but some cards may reference the business name Gifty Club LLC or GiftDaddy.

Our marketing emails offer you updates about our services, new offerings, and events. If you would prefer not to receive them, simply click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of one of our marketing emails. Please note that we go continue to send you email messages regarding your account status, including notifications about checking your account for messages from other users, billing transactions, etc.

Two-Factor Authentication is a method of confirming a user’s claimed identity in which a computer user is granted access to their account only after successfully entering their username and password, and then entering an auto-generated code that is sent to their mobile phone. Once enabled within your Account Settings under the Security tab, entering the code will be a requirement each time you access your account.

Because your password alone is no longer enough to access your account, two-factor authentication dramatically improves the security of your account on GiftDaddy and all the personal information you store with us.

While this feature is not mandatory and will require your mobile phone to be accessible, we strongly encourage you to use this added security feature.

Regardless if you are a Sugar Baby, Daddy, Mommy, or Couple, GiftDaddy will ONLY contact you via email or text messaging. WE NEVER CALL YOU OR LEAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGES.

No. GiftDaddy keeps all of this information extremely confidential. We do not share your personal identifiable information with anyone. Conversely, GiftDaddy does not share with you any personal identifiable information about your Sugar Daddy, Mommy or Couple. While many sugar relationships and arrangements have no problem sharing this information, GiftDaddy keeps all this private.
